Podremos divisar sin duda los majestuosos vuelos bien cercanos de distintas rapaces, entre las que destacan el buitre negro y leonado y el águila imperial Ibérica entre otras. El atractivo de los siete picos reside también en sus preciosas formaciones rocosas que le dan un misterio mágico. Pudiendo ver como en la pedriza formas conocidas también que parecieran talladas por el hombre. (English bellow)** Parece que este Domingo vuelve a hacer sol y cielo azul, por eso hemos decidido subir al Puerto de Cotos(1880m) y hacer una ruta a la preciosa **laguna grande de Peñalara (2020m) y el refugio Zabala**, con las impresionantes vistas a la sierra de Guadarrama de fondo. Se trata de llegar a la laguna grande pasando por la Peña de los Quesos y el mirador de la Gitana. La laguna está enclavada justo a los pies del pico Peñalara en la parte más alta de la sierra de Guadarrama. Desde allí subiremos hacia el refugio Zabala desde donde tendremos todavia mejores vistas de la sierra y la laguna. En total será de tan solo 12km. con un desnivel total de +-300m. Después de la ruta los que quieran comeremos algo y nos tomaremos unas cervezas en la venta Marcelino!!. **Distancia:** 12 Km. **Duracion de ruta:** 4h (con parada a picar algo) **Duración total desde Madrid:** 6h. 30´ **Dificultad:** (2)Facil-medio La dificultad se mide por: (1)muy fácil, (2)fácil, (3)medio,(4) alto,(5) muy alto **Necesario traer:** Botas de montaña, ropa de primavera-verano, crema de sol y gorra. It is about reaching the large lagoon from the port of Cotos, bordering the lagoon through the Peña de los Quesos, the viewpoint of La Gitana, the Refugio de Zabala, the small lagoon and back to the port of Cotos. ¿Te apetece una escapada a la naturaleza con premio final en forma de aguas cristalinas? 💦 La **Charca Verde**, en pleno corazón de **La Pedriza** (Sierra de Guadarrama), es uno de esos rincones mágicos donde el río Manzanares se toma un respiro y forma pozas perfectas para refrescarse 🏞️. Transcurre por cómodos senderos entre pinares y saltos de agua 🌅🥾. Es una ruta fácil, bien señalizada y con sombra en varios tramos 🌳, ideal para ir en familia o con amigos 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🐶. Durante el recorrido, de unos 14 km, caminaremos por paisajes de roca granítica impresionantes 🪨, pequeñas cascadas y zonas de picnic 🧺.
